Individual Entrepreneur R. R. Khusnutdinov (OGRNIP 322774600384202, the "Operator") processes personal data of users of the ptwhub.com service in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data". Processing is carried out by automated and non-automated means; the data is processed and stored on servers located in the Russian Federation.

1. Whose data we process¶

• Visitors to the service, including the demo section
• Registered users and representatives of client organizations
• People whose data users enter into the service's forms (see Section 5)

2. What data we process¶

• Name and email address
• Service usage data (features, settings, page views, on-screen activity recording)
• Technical data (IP address, browser type, cookies)
• Payment data (handled by the payment provider; we do not store card details)
• Data that users enter into the service's forms, including data about third parties

Data entered in the demo section stays in your browser's storage and is not sent to our server; how web analytics records it is described in the Cookie Policy. Enter only fictitious data in the demo section.

3. Purposes of processing¶

• Providing access to the service
• Identification and authentication
• Processing payments and managing subscriptions
• Sending service notifications
• Performing contractual obligations

4. Legal grounds¶

• Consent of the personal data subject (Art. 6(1)(1) of Law 152-FZ)
• Performance of a contract to which the subject is a party (Art. 6(1)(5) of Law 152-FZ)
• The Operator's legitimate interest - for server logs and protection of the service against automated attacks (Art. 6(1)(7) of Law 152-FZ)

5. Data you enter about other people¶

If you use the service on behalf of an organization and enter data about colleagues or other people into its forms, including permits to work, your organization is responsible for the lawfulness of that processing - consent or another legal ground - as the independent operator of that data. The Operator processes such data on your organization's instructions under a contract with it (Art. 6(3) of Law 152-FZ) and does not verify the lawfulness of the grounds on which the organization enters the data.

6. Sharing data with third parties¶

• Payment provider - payment processing
• Infrastructure providers - data hosting
• Yandex LLC - web analytics, servers located in Russia

We do not sell personal data to third parties and do not use it for targeted advertising. These restrictions do not cover anonymized aggregate statistics - data from which no individual can be identified.

7. Retention and destruction¶

Account data is kept for as long as the account exists. After account deletion the data is destroyed within 30 days, except data we must keep by law.

Technical data of visitors without an account (server logs) is kept for no longer than 12 months. Retention of web-analytics data is governed by the policy of Yandex LLC. Deleted data may temporarily remain in backups and is destroyed when those backups are routinely refreshed.

8. Your rights¶

• Receive information about the processing of your data
• Demand that your data be corrected, blocked or destroyed
• Withdraw your consent to processing
• Delete your account and the data linked to it, as described in Section 7
• Appeal against our actions or inaction to Roskomnadzor (the Russian data-protection authority) or to a court (Art. 17 of Law 152-FZ)

To exercise your rights, write to support@ptwhub.com. We reply within 10 business days of receiving a request; this period may be extended by no more than 5 business days with an explanation of the reasons (Art. 20 of Law 152-FZ).

Withdrawing consent stops the processing based on that consent within no more than 30 days (Art. 21(5) of Law 152-FZ). Processing needed to perform a contract or to protect the Operator's legitimate interests continues on those grounds; processing stops completely when the account is deleted.

A repeated request on the same matter filed earlier than 30 days after our reply is handled in the general support queue.

9. Data protection¶

The Operator takes the organizational and technical measures needed to protect personal data against unlawful access.

10. Changes to this Policy¶

The Operator may amend this Policy. A new edition takes effect when published at https://ptwhub.com/ru/legal/privacy/ (the authoritative Russian text), unless the edition itself sets a different date. Continued use of the service after publication means acceptance of the new edition. For a new purpose of processing or a new category of data that requires separate consent, the Operator requests it separately - continued use of the service does not replace such consent.

11. Language and governing law¶

This Policy is drawn up under the personal data legislation of the Russian Federation (Law 152-FZ); rights provided by other legal regimes, including the EU GDPR, are not granted by this Policy. The Policy is written in Russian; the English, Farsi, Arabic, Spanish and Chinese versions are published for readers' convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Russian text prevails.
